This invention relates to a process of treatment based on partial removal (large majority of species) of sulfur compounds, potentially environmentally and healthily constituted by mixtures of hydrocarbons. IT IS A SPECIALLY APPLICABLE FUEL PROCESS, THE MOST TYPICAL CASE OF ITS APPLICATION AS LIQUID FUEL OIL (HFO-HEAVY FUEL OIL) CASE. THE DEVELOPED PROCESS INVOLVES A TREATMENT OF FUELS THROUGH A ULTIMATE-ASSISTED OXIDATIVE DEULFURIZATION OXIDATIVE DEULFURIZATION METHOD AND A FORX OF PERFORMANCE OF OXYGENOSIS PERFORMANCE (1, 2 And 3). SEPARATION OF THE DIFFERENT FUEL PHASES (WATER AND ORGANIC PHASE) IS PROMOTED AFTER THE ADDITION OF A STATIC MIXER (4), TAKING THIS SEPARATION IN A CENTRIFUG (5). THE SOLVENT, CATALYST AND WATER ADDED IN THE PROCESS ARE LATER RECOVERED IN THE PROCESS WITH HIGH RECOVERY RATE (7). AT THE END OF THE PROCESS THE TREATED FUEL IS STORED (12), WITH A VERY LOWER SULFUR CONTENT. THIS INVENTION IS APPLICABLE, FOR EXAMPLE TO FUELS FOR THE MARITIME SECTOR, NOT LIMITED TO THEM. |
