titleOfInvention NEW N- (1,2,3-Triazolmethyl) -3-Hydroxy-3-aryloxydolides Non-rhythmic cytotoxic chirals
abstract The invention relates to the preparation of novel N- (1,2,3-Triazolmethyl) -3-Hydroxy-3-aryloxydols from appropriate isatin precursors using chiral catalysts based on transition metal which have a demonstration of intrinsic resistance. POWERFUL AGAINST TUMOR CELLS. THESE N- (1,2,3-Triazolmethyl) -3-HYDROXI-3-ARYLOXYDOLLES COMPOUNDS OF THE FORMULA (I) ARE OBTAINED IN AN ENHANICOMICALLY ENRICHED OR PURPOSE FROM FORMULA (2) PRECURSORS EFFICIENT ARILATION USING Boron-derived ARILO REAGENTS AND A CHIRAL CATALYST BASED ON TRANSITION METAL UNDER SOFT REACTION CONDITIONS. THIS APPLICATION DESCRIBES THE PREPARATION OF N- (1,2,3-Triazoylmethyl) -3-Hydroxy-3-aryloxydol compounds of formula (2) which are inhibitory potents of certain tumor cell lines.
