abstract The present invention relates to a method for the detection and direct quantification of cytochrome C using luminescence-based luminescence-based carbamazepine systems. THE VARIATION OF THE EMISSION INTENSITY OF THE SENSING SYSTEMS, WHOSE CHEMICAL STRUCTURES ARE DEFINED IN THE FIELD OF THE INVENTION, FUNCTION OF THE QUANTITY OF PRESENT PROTEIN, CONSTITUTES THE SIGNAL TRANSDUCTION ELEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THE METHOD OF THE INVENTION. THROUGH SPECIFIC EMBODIMENTS, THE INVENTION EXPLAINS AND QUANTIFIES THE HIGH SENSITIVITY AND SELECTIVITY OF THE SENSING SYSTEMS FOR THE HYMNASTIC PROTEIN CYTOCHROME C. THE INVENTION ALLOWS, FOR EXAMPLE, THAT NOMENOLATE CONCENTRATIONS OF CYTOCHROME C ARE DETECTED IN AQUEOUS FLUIDS TO THE PH BIOLOGICAL. THE METHOD AND THE SENSOR SYSTEM USED ARE SELECTIVE AND SPECIFIC TO CYTOCHROME C, ALLOWING THE DIFFERENTIATION AND DISTINCTION OF OTHER HEMICAL PROTEINS (FOR EXAMPLE, MIOGLOBIN) AND NON-HEMICAL PROTEINS (FOR EXAMPLE, LYSOZYM). The present invention is applicable, for example, in the areas of clinical diagnosis, biotechnology and medical research.
