THEREFORE, A NEW INNOVATIVE CULTURE MEANS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MACROFUNGY MYELLO. ACCORDING TO THIS METHOD, A MEANS OR ADDITIVES BASED ON SORROWS AND / OR FRUIT, OR OTHER SIMILARS RESULTING FROM FOOD PROCESSING PROCESSES, ALLOWS THE CULTIVATION OF SEVERAL SPECIES OF MACROFUNGES. THIS INVENTION DEMONSTRATES THE POSSIBILITY OF OBTAINING A HIGH QUALITY MICELIAL PRODUCTION AT LOW COST OF PRODUCTION, USING NORMALLY WASTED NATURAL RESOURCES, ALLOWING TO ACHIEVE MICELIAL GROWTH SPEEDS SIMILAR OR OVER THE CONVENTIONALLY USED MEDIA.
