The chamber comprises container holder (1a) and its cover (1b), substitutable sample container (1c), sealing means (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d); MAGNETES FOR ALIGNING AND FIXING THE COVER OF THE SOLID-EXTRACTION CAMERA ON THE SUPPORT OF THE SAMPLE REPLACABLE CONTAINER (3); MAGNETIC BARS FOR SHAKING AND HOMOGENIZATION (4); INPUT OR OUTPUT CHANNEL LOCATED IN COVER (5A); INPUT, OR OUTPUT, SIDE LOCATED (5C, 5D, 5E); FILTER (6).
