THIS INVENTION IS USEFUL TO REDUCE THE TIME AND COST ASSOCIATED WITH THE INTERVENTION, IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE INTERVENTION AND THE FINAL RESULT, IN TERMS OF CAPILLARY DENSITY; STILL CONTEMPLATES THE STUDY OF CELLULAR DIFFERENTIATION OF FOLLICLES WITH FORECASTING THE TIME NECESSARY FOR GROWTH; MINIMIZES POSITIONAL DISCOMFORT, PAIN FROM THE APPLICATION OF ANESTHESIA AND OTHER INCONVENIENTS FOR THE PATIENT, THROUGH BETTER POSITIONING OF THE PATIENT AND A PHASE STAGE AND DIRECTED MECHANISM FOR APPLYING ANESTHESIA.
