THIS CEMENT MIXTURE MEETS, PERCENTAGE BY WEIGHT OF THE COMPONENTS AS TO THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE COMPOSITION, A) 35 TO 80% WHITE OR GRAY PORTLAND CEMENT; B) 0.1 to 30% OF FINISHED GRILL CALCULATOR; C) 0,01 TO 3% OF SUPERPLASTIFYING IN POWDER; D) 0.01 TO 3% OF MODIFIED POLYVINYL RESINS; E) 0.01 TO 5% OF VINYL ACETATE AND ETHYLENE COPOLYMERS DISPERSANTS; F) 0.3 TO 20% OF PHOTOLUMINESCENT PIGMENT BASED ON STRUCTURAL ALUMINATE, OR OTHER, OF VARIOUS COLLECTIONS; AND, STILL ONE OR MORE SELECTED COMPONENTS FROM BETWEEN: G) 1 TO 10% DAMP REGULATOR; H) 0.1 TO 4% ZINC STATE; I) 1 to 20% of METACAULINES; J) 5 TO 60% OF ARTIFICIAL POZOLANES; K) 0.1 to 15% INORGANIC PIGMENTS.
