abstract THIS INVENTION IS RELATED TO FORMULATIONS FOR TOPICAL APPLICATION. THESE FORMULATIONS CONTAIN ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS. TOPICAL APPLICATION EMULSIONS ARE CONVENTIONALLY MANUFACTURED BY A HOT EMULSIFICATION PROCESS. THIS PROCESS INVOLVES A HEATING AND OTHER COOLING PHASE, THIS LAST PHASE AFFECTS SIGNIFICANTLY THE EMULSION STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS AS WELL AS THE SCALE TRANSPOSITION PROCESS. THE EMULSIONS DESCRIBED IN THIS INVENTION ARE MANUFACTURED BY A COLD PROCESS, OR NEITHER NO HEATING OR COOLING IS NECESSARY, THE EMULSIFYING PROCESS IS FASTER, EFFICIENT AND ECONOMICALLY ADVANTAGEOUS, THE SCALE TRANSPOSITION PROCESS IS ALSO FACILITATED ONCE THAN MODIFICATIONS STRUCTURAL LEVEL ARE EASIER TO PREVENT. FORMULATIONS ARE USED AS VEHICLES FOR THE TREATMENT OF DIFFERENT SKIN STATUS BECAUSE OF THEIR EFFECTIVENESS AND FACILITY OF USE IN LARGE SKIN EXTENSIONS.
