The present invention is directed to a reactor with an ohmic heating for chemical synthesis. THIS HEATING METHOD HAS APPLICATION FROM THE ORGANIC SYNTHESIS TO THE INORGANIC, PREPARATION OF ORGAN-METAL MATERIALS, SYNTHESIS OF NANOPARTICLES AND POLYMERS. The present invention reduces energy consumption and increases the yield of the chemical synthesis reactions by means of a reactor for chemical synthesis and its method which comprises: a reservoir for the reagents (1), which contains at least A SIDE PIPE (1A); - A COVER (3), THIS COVER SHOULD BE OF PREFERENCE RESISTANT TO CHEMICAL ATTACKS AND ORGANIC SOLVENTS; - Two electrodes (3A, 3B) for producing hygienic heating of the reactant medium, configured to produce an electric current with a frequency greater than 15 KHz. The present invention is applicable in the chemical industry and in the pharmaceutical industry in particular in processes of chemical synthesis. |
