THE MONITORING OF THE CURE PROCESS OF THE CONCRETE IS OF HIGH IMPORTANCE, ESPECIALLY IN WORKS OF ART OF HIGH ENVELOPE, ALLOWING TO CONTROL MORE STRONGLY THE MOMENT OF DISCOFRAGEM, PREVENTING ACCIDENTS OF WORK, IN SPECIAL WORKS BETONADAS IN ADVERSE CONDITIONS DUE TO THE CLIMATE OR BY THE OWN BETONAGE CONDITIONS. THE PROPOSED METHOD ALLOWS TO MONITOR THE STATE OF THE CURE PROCESS OF A CONCRETE STRUCTURE, TRAVELING TO OPTICAL FIBERS OF PLASTIC. IN COMPARISON WITH CURRENT COMMERCE MONITORING PROCESSES, THE PROPOSED METHOD ALLOWS TO DETERMINE DIRECTLY THE PRESENCE OF WATER IN THE MIXTURE, IN ADDITION TO METHODS BASED ON THE MEASUREMENT OF THE TEMPERATURE INCREASE RESULTING FROM THE EXOTHERMAL PROCESS OF THE CONCRETE. THE USE OF PLASTIC OPTICAL FIBERS EMBEDDED IN THE STRUCTURAL ELEMENT TO BE ANALYZED RESULTS IN A MONITORING PROCESS WITH A LOW COST OF ASSOCIATED IMPLEMENTATION. THE PROPOSED METHOD ALSO PRESENTS A SUFFICIENT RESOLUTION TO ANALYZE THE HEALING PROCESS UP TO ITS STABILIZATION. |
