abstract The present invention consists of a beverage with aroma coffee, produced from coffee grounds. THE GLOBAL PROCESS IS BASED ON AN AQUEOUS EXTRACTION OF THE AROMATIC COMPOUNDS PRESENT IN THE COFFEE BLINDS, FOLLOWED BY THE SUPPLEMENTATION OF THIS ABSTRACT WITH SUGAR AND FERMENTATION FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ETHANOL, AND AFTER DISTILLATION OF THE FERMENTED MEDIUM. THE INITIAL STAGE OF EXTRACTION OF RAW MATERIAL WITH WATER IS FUNDAMENTAL TO RELEASE THE AROMATIC COMPOUNDS STILL PRESENT IN THIS WASTE, WHICH WILL BE PART OF THE FINAL AROMATIC COMPOSITION OF THE DRINK PRODUCED.
