abstract The present invention relates to a sliding articulated mattress, of internal road, intended for commercialization in the market. It is further characterized by being provided with an internal support structure (2) of the plate and the cushion (25), comprising an upper element (4), a lower element (5) and a central element (6), all connected BY JOINTS (10), I DISPOSE THE FIRST OF THE RESPECTIVE SUPPORT (13) FOR PIVOTING FIXING THE RESPONSIBLE MECHANISMS (14) FOR THE INDEPENDENT LIFTING OF EACH OF THEM. Said inner structure (2) is seated in an external stabilizing structure (3) provided with a U-shaped profile, through the engagement (8) of the wheels (9) that the central element (6) is provided on the inside EXTERNAL STRUCTURE (3), CONNECTION THAT ALLOWS THE SLIDING OF THE MATTRESS, INDEPENDENT AND ADJUSTABLE ACCORDING TO A SPECIFIC MECHANISM (7, 15).
