THE PRESENT INVENTION REFERS TO AN INDUSTRIAL AND IMPROVED PROCESS FOR THE ISOLATION OF TIGECYCLINE BY SPRAY DRYING. THE PROCESS ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT INVENTION IS ADVANTAGEOUS WHEN COMPARED TO THE STATE OF THE ART. UNEXPECTEDLY AND SURPRISINGLY A MORE STABLE AMORPHOUS FORM OF TIGECYCLINE WITH A LOW CONTENT OF IMPURITES is OBTAINED. THE SCALING-UP OF THE INSULATION PROCESS DESCRIBED IN THIS INVENTION IS EASY TO PERFORM AND HAS APPLICATION AT AN INDUSTRIAL SCALE. |
