abstract | The present invention relates to an integrated system for evaluating the stability of vessels in real time for application to any type of vessel with a conventional monocoque, through the integration of existing information in the document on the initial and static stability of the vessel, CONSTANT INFORMATION ON HYDROSTATIC CURVES AND INITIAL STABILITY CURVES, FOR VARIOUS LOAD CONDITIONS, AND INFORMATION ON THE COMPARISON OF THE VESSEL, WITH THE INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM THE ODOMETER AND THE VESSEL ANEMOMETER AND SENSORS SUITABLE FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF OSCILLATIONS AND DISTANCES ( WITH THE SAME BASIS OF TIME), IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE CONDITION OF STABILITY IN THE FUNCTION OF ITS LOAD CONDITION (SOLID AND LIQUID), AND THE EXTERNAL EFFECTS OF THE WIND AND MARITIME WAVE, AND AFTER COMPARISON WITH THE STABILITY CRITERIA IN FORCE FOR EACH TYPE OF SHIP; AS WELL AS TO PREVENT THE CONDITION OF GENERAL STABILITY AND THE RESERVE OF STABILITY IN THE PORT AND TO NAVIGATE (CONSIDERING THE CLIMATE CONDITIONS), THEREFORE MAKING A DECISION SUPPORT TOOL TO SAFEGUARD THE PHYSICAL INTEGRITY OF GOODS AND PEOPLE. THIS SYSTEM ALLOWS, IN THE EVENT OF A FAILURE TO DISCHARGE LOADING ON BOARD, AND / OR ALGELLATIONS AND / OR RULES IN THE CASCO, TO QUANTIFY THE SIGNIFICANT EFFECT (S) ON THE STABILITY OF THE SHIP, AND TO SUGGEST CORRECTIVE MEASURES WITH A VIEW TO THE MINOR SAFETY RISK TO NAVIGATE, THROUGH THE OPERATION AND USE OF THE LASTRO TANKS AND INFORMATION OF THE SPEEDS AND LEAVES LESS NEFASTOS FOR THE SHIP. |
