titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MEMBRANES AND PARTICLES OF QUITOSAN FOR CELL EXPANSION OF STATIC AND AGITATED CULTURES AND CONTROLLED RELEASE OF BIOACTIVE MOLECULES
abstract This invention describes a process for the preparation of porous structures of chitanosan or of mixtures of polymers with chitosan in the form of membranes or particles of particle, with a potential application in the cellular expansion of static and agitated cultures and in the controlled release of bioactive molecules, using A TECHNOLOGY APPLYING FLUID TABLETS. The compressed fluid contained in a tank (1) is introduced through a compressor / liquid pump (2) with or without a solvent (3) into a sealed high pressure vessel (5), placed in a bath or oven, CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE (6) CONTAINING A POLYMER SOLUTION OR POLYMER MIXTURES. OPERATING PRESSURE IS CONTROLLED THROUGH A CONTROL VALVE (7). The assembly further comprises a system for separating the compressed fluid from the other solvent (s) and / or reagent (s) with the same (8) and a second high pressure vessel (4) where it can be PLACED A RETICULANT AGENT.
