titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR CONTROLLING ENZYMATIC REACTIONS OF NUCLEIC ACID SYNTHESES THROUGH NUCLEOTIDES FUNCTIONALIZED WITH PHOTOLABEUM CUMARINE DERIVATIVES |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for the control of enzymatic reactions of nucleic acid synthesis, and is directed to nucleoside functionalised with 4-metallumarine (1) protective and photolabber derivatives. WHEN CONNECTED TO NUCLEOTIDES (2), THE CUMARINIC GROUP (3) PREVENTS THAT THESE ARE USED AS A SUBSTRATE BY ENZYMES, IMPOSSIBILITATING THE OCCURRENCE OF REACTION. THROUGH IRRADIATION WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION, THE CUMARINIC GROUP IS RELEASED, MAKING THE NUCLEOTIDE AVAILABLE FOR THE REACTION. In this way, ENZYME SYNTHESIS REACTIONS OF NUCLEIC ACIDS CAN BE CONTROLLED THROUGH LIGHT. |
