abstract The present invention relates to the design of a nucleic acid peptide (PNA) probe for the specific detection of Helicobacter pylori. THIS PROBLEM IS APPLIED TO A PROCESS BASED ON MOLECULAR BIOLOGY TECHNIQUES, ESPECIALLY IN FLUORESCENT IN SITU HYBRIDIZATION (FISH) APPLICABLE IN THE DIAGNOSIS AND QUANTIFICATION OF H. PYLORI IN DIFFERENT TYPES OF SAMPLES, INCLUDING BIOPLASMS, BLOOD, AIR, FOOD, WATER AND OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL SAMPLES. DUE TO THE PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS INHERENT IN ITS STRUCTURE, THESE PROBES ALLOW A FASTER AND SENSITIVE ANALYSIS THAN USING A DNA PROBE. OTHER OF THE ASPECTS OF THE PRESENT INVENTION IS RELATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A BRIEF, BASED ON THE PNA PROBE AND THE REFERRED PROCESS, WHICH HAVE AS OBJECTIVE TO DETECT, IDENTIFY AND / OR QUANTIFY H. PYLORI IN BIOLOGICAL, CLINICAL AND / OR ENVIRONMENTAL SAMPLES .
