METHOD AND DIPOSITIVE MEASUREMENT AND IDENTIFICATION OF BIOFILMES AND OTHER DEPOSITS USING VIBRATIONS |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for monitoring the formation and removal of biofuels and other deposits in pipelines, reservoirs and equipment using vibrations. Said device is constituted by a vibration generating element (1) and a vibration sensing element (2), fixed to the outside of the surface of the conduit, reservoir or equipment (3). The electronic vibration signal is generated by an electronic generating and data acquisition unit (4), which is connected to the vibration generating element (1). The VIBRATION OF THE CONDUCT, RESERVOIR OR EQUIPMENT (3) leads to the appearance of a signal in the vibration sensor element (2) that is acquired and processed by the electronic generation and acquisition unit (4). The present invention monitors the formation of deposits on the surfaces and can be applied, for example, to systems for the distribution of fluids and systems for cooling / heating by fl uids. |
