abstract The present invention relates to mortars for use in construction systems with a greater efficiency of insulation and, consequently, with the possibility of increasing the energy saving, and the respective process for their achievement. THESE MORTARS ARE CHARACTERIZED OF INCORPORATING MICROCAPSULES OF PHASE CHANGE MATERIALS (PCM) ONLY IN THE FINISHING LAYER BETWEEN THE VARIOUS LAYERS THAT MAKE UP THE INTERIOR COATING OF CONSTRUCTIVE SYSTEMS, MAKING THE MAINTENANCE OF AN INDOOR TEMPERATURE NEAR THE COMFORT TEMPERATURE WITH A ENERGY CONSUMPTION LESS THAN CHECKED WITH CURRENT SYSTEMS. THE PCM MICROCAPSULES ARE APPLIED TO THE MORTARS IN QUESTION THROUGH THEIR ADDITION TO THE CEMENT OR OTHER LIGANTS PROCESSING THAT IS CHARACTERIZED BY THE SIMPLICITY OF THEIR USE, SINCE THE EQUIPMENTS FOR THEIR PRACTICAL APPLICATION ARE USUALLY USED IN THIS AREA WERE THE PCM MICROCAPSULATED AS AN ADDITION THAT IS INCORPORATED IN THE HEIGHT OF THE BASS.
