abstract | The invention consists of a static mixer, with or without a reaction, for chemical materials in continuous flow, as well as in the respective mixing process. The mixer is characterized in that it is constituted by a set of fundamental cells, individually provided with an individual chamber (1), of connecting channels (2) in communication with such a chamber and of additional communication apertures between the interior of SUCH A CAMERA AND THE EXTERIOR OF THE RESPECTIVE CELL, AND FOR SUCH CELLS IF THEY HAVE SUCCESSFULLY INTERRUPTED BETWEEN YOU IN THE SPACE TO TWO OR THREE DIMENSIONS, FORMING A NETWORK. SEVERAL VARIANS OF FUNDAMENTAL CELLS ARE PROPOSED, WITH VARIATION OF: QUANTITY OF CHANNELS AND THEIR GEOMETRY (CYLINDRICAL OR PRISMATIC); GEOMETRY OF INDIVIDUALIZED CHAMBERS (SPHERICAL OR CYLINDRICAL); AND THE DIMENSIONS (DJ, 1I, DI) OF THEIR CHARACTERISTIC ELEMENTS (CHAMBERS AND CHANNELS). DEPENDING ON THE SPECIFICITY OF THE DESIRED PRODUCTS, THE GEOMETRIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MIXER ARE PREVIOUSLY DESIGNED, IN PARTICULAR: NUMBER OF FUNDAMENTAL CELLS IN EACH OF THE TWO OR THREE DIRECTIONS; DISTRIBUTION OF SIZES OF ITS CHARACTERISTIC ELEMENTS; AND GEOMETRY OF FUNDAMENTAL CELLS. THIS TYPE OF MIXER AND MIXING PROCESS THROUGH THE SAME, HAVE APPLICATION, FOR EXAMPLE, IN THE CHEMICAL, BIOLOGICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY. |
