This invention relates to the use of a compound of formula I <IMAGE> or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in which X1-(CH2)x-X2 forms a 5 to 7 member ring in which X1 represents O or S, X2 represents O, S, NR or NRCO, where R represents hydrogen or alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, x represents 1, 2 or 3, R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 represent e.g. hydrogen or alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, Y represents O or NH, and Z is e.g. substituted piperidyl methyl, or a compound of formula I in which the CO-Y bond is substituted by a heterocyclic bioisostere, in the preparation of a drug for use in the treatment of gastrointestinal disturbances, cardiovascular disturbances and disturbances of the central nervous system. |
