titleOfInvention | Prostaglandins[FR2013926A1] |
abstract | Prostaglandines E1, F1, A1 and analogues, such as:- are prepared by reacting a disulfonic acid ester of formula:- with water at 0 - 60 degrees C. Prostaglandines of series A are prepared by reacting disulfonic acid ester at 40 - 100 degrees with combination of water, base, the aq. solution of which has pH 8-12, and sufficient water soluble inert organic diluent to provide homogenous reaction mixture. Prostaglandines of series F are prepared by reacting compounds of formula:- with reducing agent for carbonyl groups (in the formulae m=1-6; p=0-7; R15=C 1-4 alkyl or -CH2CCl3; Z=ethyl subst. by fluorine or methyl, ethyl or alkyl; is approx. = bond of group to ring in alpha- or beta-configuration; R6=C1-5 alkyl, R16=H or C1-4 alkyl.n[FR2013926A1] |
