The subject of the invention is a cosmetic composition in the form of a gel, in particular for protection against UV radiation. The cosmetic composition in the form of a topical water-based gel is characterized by: - a mixture of low molecular weight proteins containing lunasin and a bowman-birk inhibitor in an amount from 1% to 2% by volume, - allantoin in an amount from 0.5% to 1% by volume, - xanthine gum in an amount of 1% - 1.5% by volume, - sodium benzoate in an amount of 0.3% - 0.4% by volume, - sodium sorbate in an amount of 0.1% to 0.2% by volume . |
