titleOfInvention | Chemical compound - a diagnostic marker of pancreatic cancer and a method of in vitro diagnosis of pancreatic cancer |
abstract | The subject of the invention is a chemical compound - a diagnostic marker of the general formula, where: ABZ means 2-aminobenzoic acid, X means ANB-NH2 or pNA, where ANB-NH2 means an amide of 5-amino-2-benzoic acid, ANB - acid 5 -amino-2-nitrobenzoic acid and pNA is para-nitroaniline. The subject of the invention is also a method of obtaining this chemical compound - a diagnostic marker, carried out on a support which is a resin and in a buffer. The method of diagnosing pancreatic cancer is based on the fact that a chemical compound - a diagnostic marker in the concentration range of 0.1 - 10 mg / ml is incubated in a neutral or alkaline measuring buffer with a small amount of human urine, in the ratio 1: 2 to 1:10 to of the measurement buffer, and the absorbance intensity is measured in the range 300-500 nm. |
