titleOfInvention Method for the production of 1- (N-imido) alkylphosphonates, 1- (N-imido) alkylphosphinates and 1- (N-imido) alkylphosphine oxides
abstract The subject of the application is a process for the preparation of 1- (N-imido) alkylphosphonates, 1- (N-imido) alkylphosphonates and 1- (N-imido) alkylphosphine oxides of the general formula I, in which A (CH2) 2, o-C6H4; R1 = H, Me, i-Bu, Ph; R2 = R3 = OMe, OEt, Ph, or R2 = OMe, R3 = Ph, which consists in the fact that 1- (N-imido) alkylphosphonium salts of the general formula 2, where A = (CH2) 2, o- C6H4; R1 = H, Me, i-Bu, Ph; R = Ph, m-C6H4Cl, p-C6H4CF3 is heated at 80 ° -170 ° C with phosphorus nucleophiles in a molar ratio of 1: 1.5 to 1:10, preferably 1:10, in CHCl3, CH2Cl2 or CH3CN, preferably with the addition of triphenylmethylphosphonium iodide for 30-120 minutes, after which the crude product is purified by column chromatography with eluent in the form of ethyl acetate, acetonitrile or ethyl acetate / hexane, and then purified by crystallization from toluene or toluene / hexane.
