titleOfInvention The method of obtaining rutamarine from the herb ruta (Ruta graveolens L.)
abstract The subject of the application is a method of obtaining rutamarine from the herb of ruthenium. According to the solution, the methanol extract of rue herb is separated by high-performance countercurrent chromatography with a two-phase mixture of solvents consisting of n-hexane, ethyl acetate, methanol and water, which are present in the ratio from 5/2/5/2 to 4 / 1/4/1 (v / v / v) preferably 3/1/3/1 (v / v / v), the extract being dissolved before separation in a sample of a mixture of solvents having the same composition as the two-phase solvent mixture, or in one of the phases of the solvent system used, and the separation is carried out in a reversed phase system by rotation of the column until equilibrium is achieved at a temperature of 25-35 ° C preferably 26 ° C, then the rutamarine fractions are collected after separation.
