titleOfInvention | A method of obtaining a sorbent, especially for gas purification |
abstract | The subject of the application is a method of obtaining a sorbent, in particular for gas purification, consisting in the fact that the asphaltene fraction obtained directly or indirectly in the processing of crude oil, or in the processing of coal tar or in the processing of bituminous shales, is subject to the modification process according to the invention, that the substrate is prepared in the form of an asphaltene fraction, in solid or molten form or in dissolved form in a solvent in an amount of 1-99 parts by weight of the asphaltene fraction to 99-1 parts by weight of a solvent, such as dichloromethane or tetrahydrofuran or toluene or 2-methyl -pyrrolidone, then to the thus prepared substrate are added 1-99 parts by weight of the reagents in the form of sulfuric acid (VI) with a concentration of 1-98% or a solution of sulfur oxide (IV) in anhydrous sulfuric acid. The invention also has a second variant, characterized by the same basic substrate in the form of the asphaltene fraction and different substrates and reactants. |
