The method consists in mixing an aqueous solution of a polymer with an average molecular weight above 1500 Da and a concentration of 0.1% to 40% by weight, preferably polyvinylpyrrolidone and / or polyvinyl alcohol and / or hyaluronic acid, is mixed with an aqueous solution of a gold colloid with a concentration of 0.001% to 0.04% by weight and / or an aqueous solution of silver colloid at a concentration of 0.001% to 0.04% by weight, with one part by volume of the aqueous polymer solution mixed with at least 15 minutes with one to four parts by volume of the aqueous solution gold and / or silver colloid.
