titleOfInvention | A method of increasing the resistance of cruciferous plants to pathogens |
abstract | The subject of the application is a method of increasing resistance to pathogenic factors of cruciferous seeds by using an elicitor in the form of an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide in order to induce the plant's defense mechanism and increase the concentration of substances with antioxidant properties in the plant. The method of using the elicitator consists in immersing the seeds in a chlorine dioxide solution in a ratio of 1:19 to 1: 3, forming a suspension, the time of immersion of the seeds in the solution is 15 minutes - 3 hours, and the resulting suspension is mixed successively after the elapsed time the seeds are separated from the solution, rinsed with water and then dried. |
