The subject composition is characterized in that 1.0-15.0% by weight of sucralfate; 1.0-20.0 wt.% Glyceryl behenate; 1.0-20.0% by weight hydrogenated sunflower oil; 1.0-10.0% by weight of baobab seed oil; 1.0 - 5.0% by weight pentylene glycol; 1.0-5.0% by weight polyglyceryl-3-methylglucose distearate 0.1-3.0% by weight phenoxyethanol; 0.1 - 5.0% by weight glycerol triisostearate; 0.01 - 0.5% by weight ethylhexylglycerin, and water up to 100% by weight.
