abstract The application relates to a process for the preparation of 3- [bis (phosphonomethyl) amino] propylsiloxane resins, represented by formula 1, which consists in the fact that 3- (trialkoxysilyl) propylamine is reacted with formaldehyde and phosphonic acid and the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 340 - 370 K, in water with the addition of HCl.
