abstract The subject of the application is a method of obtaining and dehydrating acetone, butanol and ethanol consists in the fact that the ABE water mixture or fermentation broth is heated to a temperature from 50 ° C to 100 ° C, subjected to a microfiltration process, and then thermoperation in a module with hydrophobic membranes , while the permeate is collected on the cooling surface, where the permeate is condensed and flows to the tank (phase separator), in which the permeate is divided into two phases: aqueous and organic, and in the phase separator the liquid permeate is separated into the upper organic phase containing from 60% to 70% ABE and from 30% to 40% water and the lower aqueous phase containing about 80% water and 20% ABE, with the upper organic phase directed to the hydrophilic pervaporation module for dehydration on polymer hydrophilic membranes or ceramic (from polyvinyl alcohol / PVA / or polyamide / PA /, or from zeolites or modified silica), and dehydration is carried out at a temperature of 80 ° C to 110 ° C using polyvinyl alcohol or polyamide polymer membranes, or at temperatures from 100 ° C to 150 ° C using ceramic (zeolite or modified silica membranes ), and then after pervaporation dehydration, the ABE mixture is subjected to distillation fractionation into individual components: acetone, butanol, ethanol.
