titleOfInvention Betulonic acid ester and how to obtain it
abstract A betulonic acid ester of formula 1 is disclosed. The method of its preparation is that betulonic acid chloride is esterified with an acetal derivative of L-ascorbic acid in a 1,4-dioxane medium, followed by deprotection of the protecting group in the ascorbyl fragment with the ester solution of HCl in 1,4-dioxane. The betulonic acid ester is a carrier of two biologically active betulonic acid molecules with anticancer properties and L-ascorbic acid with antioxidant activity. Exhibits antioxidant and emulsifying properties. This ester can be used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.
