abstract | The subject of the invention is a reagent atomizing nozzle (1), in particular for the selective non-catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides in the combustion of power boilers, comprising a chamber (11) for supplying a gaseous agent, preferably compressed air, with a first outlet (111) of the atomizing nozzle (1) in which the chamber (11) has an internal nozzle (12) for reagent supply with a second outlet (122) of the internal nozzle (12), the internal nozzle (12) is inserted into the first outlet (111) of the chamber (11) and contains at least one, preferably longitudinal, atomization notch (123) made in the wall and having an exposed part (1231) open to the interior of the chamber (11), and the atomizing nozzle (1) additionally includes a regulating system regulating the surface of the exposed part (1231) of the atomization notch (123) ) the internal nozzle (12). In order to provide an atomizing nozzle (1) with a simple design and improved operational properties, said surface adjustment system of the exposed part (1231) of the atomizing cutout (123) includes at least one replaceable spacer head (14) defining the position of the first outlet (111) of the chamber (11) relative to atomization notch (123). |
