titleOfInvention | Method for the preparation of mono-substituted 2,7-dihydro-3H-dibenzo [de, h] cinnoline-3,7-dione derivatives |
abstract | The subject of the application is a process for the preparation of mono-substituted antrapiridazone derivatives of formula (I), wherein R1 is - (CH2) q-N (R4) -R5, where q = 2 or 3; R4 and R5 are the same and represent C1-C3-alkyl, or R4 and R5 together with the nitrogen atom in the 2-position to which they are attached form a 6-membered cyclic ring optionally containing an additional nitrogen or oxygen atom, such as a piperazine ring, piperidine or morpholine. The method consists in the fact that 6-chloro-2,7-dihydro-3H-dibenzo [de, h] cinnoline-3,7-dione is subjected to an N-alkylation reaction with an alkylaminoalkyl chloride of formula Cl- (CH2) qN (R4) -R5, in which q, R4 and R5 have the same meaning as in formula (I), or a salt thereof, in the presence of an acid binding agent, preferably potassium carbonate. |
