titleOfInvention The method of obtaining 4-bromo-1- (N-methyl) antrapiridone-9
abstract The subject of the application is a method for the preparation of 4-bromo-1- (N-methyl) anthropyridone-9, consisting of acetylation of 4-bromo-1- (N-methyl) aminoanthraquinone with acetic anhydride, cooling of the reaction mixture, isolation by crystallization obtained by acetylation 4-bromo-1- (N-acetyl-N-methyl) aminoanthraquinone and subjecting it to cyclization in 0.5% sodium hydroxide solution, in an autoclave, cooling the reaction mixture, isolating crude 4-bromo-1- (N-methyl) antrapiridone-9 and subjecting it to purification, characterized in that crude 4-bromo-1- (N-methyl) antrapiridone-9 is purified by dissolving in N-methylpyrrolidone-2, then cooling the resulting solution and finally filtering off the crystallized 4-bromo -1- (N-methyl) antrapiridone-9, washing it with ethanol and drying.
