titleOfInvention Antibacterial and antifungal preparation
abstract The subject of the application is an antibacterial and antifungal preparation, which is an addition to various materials, especially to plastics, that does not contain nanometallic particles, which can be combined with almost any type of polymeric materials of other materials, from biodegradable polymer packaging, paint textiles, to hardened PVC, using each of the processing techniques such as extrusion, injection, blowing, pressing, laminating, pouring or pressing through capillaries in the production of filaments for the textile industry. The biocidal agent as an active substance contains an acid derivative of the formula shown in Figure 1, wherein R1 and R2 are each separately or together carboxyl groups, R3 and R4 are hydrogen, or methyl, R5, R6, R7 are hydrogen X and Y are interchangeable C and N in an amount of 60 to 85% by weight, the remainder being a composition of inorganic and organic fillers.
