abstract The method of producing three-dimensional polylactide scaffolds for growing skin equivalents is characterized by the fact that a solution of polylactide in chloroform or dichloromethane at a concentration of 4 - 10 wt. placed in a glass reactor and mixed until the polymer is completely dissolved. Next, a polylactide non-solvent, which is methyl or ethyl alcohol, is added to the solution in an amount of 3 to 20% by weight, and stirred at a temperature of 20 to 25 ° C until a homogeneous solution is obtained, followed by addition of a C3-C5 aliphatic alcohol, straight or branched, in an amount of from 3 to 12% by weight and continue to mix until a homogeneous solution is obtained. The solution is poured onto a substrate and dried. During the whole process, mixing is carried out by means of a mixer with a volume of 40 - 50% of the volume of the polymer solution and at a speed of 550 - 700 rpm.
