abstract The method of obtaining a dressing accelerating granulation granulation in the form of an aerosol is that in a container with a head in the form of a nozzle enabling the discharge of the dressing in the form of an aerosol, an aqueous solution with a pH of 5.8 - 6.2 with a composition of 0.15 - 0.30 is introduced % by weight of chitosan acetate with an average molecular weight in the range of 103 - 106 Dalton and a degree of deacetylation in the range of 60 - 100%, 0.0005 - 0.001% by weight of nanocrystalline silver, 0.05 - 0.15% by weight of sodium acetate, 0.4 - 0.8% by weight of plasticizer, 0-80% by weight of ethyl alcohol and distilled water to 100% by weight, after which the mixture is sterilized. In the process according to the invention, the resulting mixture is preferably mixed with the propellant in a weight ratio of 100: 3.5-5 and only then sterilized. Sterilization is carried out with a fast electron stream at a dose of 25 kGy. The dressing is sprayed as an aerosol directly onto the wound or skin.
