titleOfInvention | Installation for continuous processing of polyethylene terephthalate PET waste |
abstract | The installation for continuous processing of polyethylene terephthalate PET waste is characterized by the fact that it creates a three-stage production line fed with shredded PET waste from the D dispenser and contains the first stage of digestion, transesterification with high-boiling alcohols and decolorization, the second stage of transesterification with low-boiling alcohols and separation of third terephthalic acid esters degree of hydrolysis, distilling off low boiling alcohol and secretion of terephthalic acid. Each stage contains at least two reactors R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, cascaded with each other and circuits 1, 2, 3 of recycling to the previous stages of intermediate products in the form of glycol, high boiling alcohols and low-boiling alcohols, through storage tanks Z1, Z2, Z3. In an embodiment of the invention, the first and second stages of the installation comprise at least one tubular reactor. The finished product is obtained from the installation in the form of PTA dry terephthalic acid powder. |
