abstract | The method of extracting xanthohumol from emulsion is based on the fact that alcohol with a number of C1 - C4 carbon atoms or acetone or any mixture thereof is added to the efflux in the atmosphere of carbon dioxide under a pressure of 2.5 - 7 MPa and soaked in this solvent with soluble in it simultaneously with carbon dioxide, and then extracted with supercritical carbon dioxide at a pressure of 25 - 55 MPa and the extract solution is separated at a pressure of 5 - 7 MPa, and the remaining carbon dioxide is released into the atmosphere or condensed and recycled to extraction. |
