abstract The subject of the solution are innovative combinations of selenium with compounds of natural origin or plant extracts (modifiers) as health or medicinal products. The preparation contains one or more modifiers. Depending on the application, the preparation also contains magnesium and / or calcium compounds. Analyzes also showed synergy of action for several products. Selenium combinations were analyzed with the following groups of compounds of natural origin: flavonoids, phenolic acids, tannins, iridoids, essential oils, sluices, waxes, anthocyanins, coumarins, anthra compounds, glycosides. Modification of selenium properties with plant extracts containing compounds belonging to at least one of the above groups was also determined. In addition, preparations with a basic composition were developed: selenium compounds and / or magnesium compounds and / or calcium compounds. The above multi-component preparations were enriched with modifiers, similarly to the one-component preparation with selenium.
