The present invention relates to a lipid composition for producing an antibody-directed carrier of genetic drugs in the form of asODN, siRNA, miRNA, ribozyme RNA and DNazym, characterized in that it contains from 35.2% to 45.7% by weight of phosphatidylcholine (PC) , from 12.3% to 19.1% by weight of dioleylphosphatidylethanolamine (DOPE), from 4.9% to 6.4% by weight of 3ß-N-dimethylethanecarbamoyl cholesterol (DC-CHOL), from 10.7% to 16.6% by weight DSPE-PEG, from 4.6% to 6.2% by weight of the maleimide derivative DSPE-PEG (DSPE-PEG-Mal) and from 10.6% to 25.7% by weight of 1,2-dioleylpropane trimethylamine salt (DOTAP) and its use. |
