abstract The subject of the invention are ester conjugates of mycophenolic acid and acridone derivatives of general formula 1, where n is in the range from 1 to 5 and the subject of ester conjugates of mycophenolic acid and acridine derivatives of general formula 2, where n is in the range of 1 to 5. Also disclosed is a method for preparing mycophenolic acid conjugates and acridone derivatives of general formula 1 and a method for preparing mycophenolic acid conjugates and acridine derivatives of general formula 2. The invention also relates to the use of mycophenolic acid ester conjugates and acridone derivatives of general formula 1, acid conjugates mycophenolate and acridine derivatives of general formula 2 as immunosuppressants, especially in the prevention of transplant rejection.
