abstract | The subject of the invention is a method for obtaining a thin plastic film with antiseptic properties and an antiseptic thin plastic film, intended especially for packaging food and pharmaceutical products as well as laminating the multilayer film. The method consists in adding to the polymer mixture, at ambient temperature, a silver ion precursor in an amount of 0.0005 to 2% by weight, a zinc ion precursor in an amount of 0.0005% to 2% by weight, and a silver and zinc ion stabilizer in in an amount of 0.0005 to 8% by weight, the resulting mixture is introduced into a set of extruders in which the mixture is heated and a film is formed under pressure. The film has an active layer made of a polymer in which silver nanoparticles are dispersed in an amount of from 0.0003% to 1.3% by weight with an average size from 6 μm - 12 μm and zinc oxide nanoparticles in an amount of 0.0004% to 0.086% by weight with an average dimension from 8 nm - 14 nm. |
