titleOfInvention The method of imparting cellulose and synthetic fibers to flat textile products and their mixtures with cellulose fibers has shielding properties against electromagnetic radiation using polyaniline
abstract The method of giving flat textile products made of cellulose fibers, synthetic fibers and their mixtures with cellulose fibers shielding properties against electromagnetic radiation, consists in applying to these products an aqueous dispersion of polyaniline nanoparticles obtained by oxidation of aniline or aniline hydrochloride by means of an oxidizing agent, such as ammonium persulfate or potassium, optionally containing added dopants. The method is characterized in that the aqueous dispersion of polyaniline nanoparticles is produced directly on the surface of the fibers of textile products, from a solution of aniline or aniline hydrochloride in distilled water containing, moreover, isopropyl alcohol, ethylene glycol, a non-ionic surfactant and optionally acetic acid or formic acid, applied to surface of the product by spraying or printing, and from a solution of an oxidizing agent in distilled water, possibly also containing isopropyl alcohol, ethylene glycol, a non-ionic surfactant, applied to the surface of the product by surfacing, coating, spraying or printing at room temperature.
