titleOfInvention System for biosorption of microelements
abstract The invention relates to a biosorption system intended for the process of binding ions of microelements, such as Cu (II), Zn (II), Mn (II), Cr (III), Fe (III), Co (II), to sorbents of plant origin on by biosorption. The system is characterized by the fact that it is equipped with at least one sorption reactor (6) and (19), containing a sprinkler (7), enabling even feeding of a solution of micronutrients to the biomass bed, and means for placing biomass, such as a sorption basket (11) or the sieve bottom (20). Each of the reactors is equipped with a biomass outlet stub, eluent outlet stub and, optionally, a vent (10), and the reactor (19) in a variant with a sieve bottom (20) has a sealing ring (21). Preferably, the system includes a biomass crusher (17) from which the homogeneous biomass grains are introduced into a suitable rector and a microelement solution tank (3), preferably cooperating with a water treatment station (18), connected to at least one reactor, preferably via a pump (5) . The reactors are connected by a system of discharge pipes, pumps and valves, through a filter (15) and a dryer (16) with a product tank. The system containing more reactors is adapted to the alternating operation of the reactors. Preferably the system is equipped with a liquid fertilizer tank (25).
