titleOfInvention Method for obtaining organic-inorganic hybrid materials based on gelatin and organofunctional poly (siloxanes)
abstract The subject of the invention is a method of obtaining organic-inorganic hybrid materials based on gelatin and organofunctional poly (siloxanes), applicable in the packaging industry, film-forming agents or in the production of biomedical materials. The method of obtaining organic-inorganic hybrid materials based on gelatin and organofunctional poly (siloxanes) is that pork gelatin type A, Bloom's index 90-300, beef type B, Bloom's index 75-225 or fish is dissolved in water and heated to a temperature in the range of 40-90 ° C, then poly (siloxane) of general formula 1 is added, where R1-CH3 or C2H5 alkyl groups or C6H5 aryl groups; R2- functional groups containing epoxy moieties; R3, R4- equal or different functional groups reacting with epoxy groups, i.e. not containing a mobile hydrogen atom, such as: alkyl groups containing from 1 to 40 carbon atoms; fluoroalkyl CF2H (CF2) aCH2O- or CF3 (CF2) aCH2-; polyether (OCH2-CH2) bOCH3; cyanate, thiocyanate, methacrylic, amine and k = 0-100; m = 1-25; n = 0-24; l = 0-24; x = 2-6, y = 2-6; z = 2-6; a = 0-20; b = 0-20; previously dissolved in an organic solvent, in a weight ratio gelatin: poly (siloxane) in the range (10: 0.25) - (0.25: 10), the reaction being carried out in the range of pH 2-9, for at least 1 hours.
