titleOfInvention Method of fluorimetric determination of poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) concentration in aqueous solutions
abstract The subject of the invention is a method of fluorimetric determination of the concentration of poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) in aqueous solutions, in which aqueous solutions of fluorescein or 2,7-dichlorofluorescein are used to determine the concentrations of dallyl dimethylammonium chloride. Standard solutions for the determination of the calibration curve and test solutions are prepared by mixing in a test tube a specific amount of indicator solution with a dose of PDDA solution of known variable concentration or unknown concentration, respectively. Measurements of fluorescence intensity are carried out at 494 nm (for fluorescein) or 500 nm (for 2,7-dichlorofluorescein) against so-called blank.
