abstract The method of separating pathogenic Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus as well as Candida albicans fungi is carried out using non-functionalized magnetic nanoparticles and surface-functionalized gold and aminosilane. Nanoparticles do not undergo destruction during the separation and sterilization process, thanks to which they can be used many times with identical separation potential. Nanoparticles can be stored in sterile, non-refrigerated and refrigerated conditions without loss of magnetic and thus separation properties.
